Fees

Fees are set in full transparency at the beginning of the relationship with the client.

Step 1

Assessment of your needs

The first contact with the firm, which is completely free of charge, is usually made by e-mail or telephone.

You will be able to explain your situation, your expectations and your goals.

This first exchange will allow us to identify the service that will best meet your needs.

A first meeting at the office can also be arranged.

Step 2

Intervention proposal

Following this first analysis, the firm will send you a fee agreement proposal detailing the mission entrusted.

This estimate is established free of charge and you will be entirely free to accept it or not.

Step 3

Fees agreement

Before any intervention, the firm ensures that you agree on its practical and financial terms.

Once the fees agreement is concluded, work on your case can begin.

Billing will be done as the services are performed, and in accordance with the fees agreement you previously agreed upon.

In accordance with the deontological rules of the profession, the fees are fixed according to your financial situation, the difficulty of the case, the costs incurred by the firm, its reputation and the work accomplished.

The fees are determined :

  • Either according to the time spent on the case, based on an hourly rate previously agreed together. The firm will provide you with an initial estimate of the time to be spent on the case in its intervention proposal;

  • Or according to a flat fee basis determined in advance and which will not vary, whatever the time spent on the case.

It may also be agreed upon an additional fee for the result.
